"Online" reflects the last 5 minutes of activity, not a truly live socket-to-username mapping (3proxy only logs a connection after it closes) -- see docs/gateway/proxy-users.md. "Last connected" is SOCKS5 proxy usage; "Last login" is this account signing into its own My Proxy/My Connections/My Account pages here -- the two credentials are independent (see the dashboard-login password vs SOCKS5 password distinction), so a user can have one without the other.
